The AAO meeting 2017
Dr Kandasamy just got back after speaking at the American Association of Orthodontists’ meeting in San Diego California. The AAO meeting is the biggest orthodontic meeting in the world and Dr Kandasamy was one of only two Australians invited to speak this year. He spoke about the evidence behind the latest technology in orthodontics. Unfortunately, there are some technologies out there that are more about practice marketing than the patient. Dr Kandasamy talked about how orthodontists need to put their patients FIRST when it comes to incorporating new technologies in clinical practice. The lecture was well received.
